Mega trends for QuBe-scenarios

Together with the Institute for Employment Research (IAB), the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) and the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology (FIT), the GWS identified the main leading indicators that determine the long-term labour market development in Germany (www.qube-projekt.de). Among those are for instance demographic change (national and international), health, urbanisation, mobility, globalisation, industry 4.0, scarcity of ressources and participation. The impact of these mega trends on the German economy is assessed by applying macro-econometric models (TINFORGE and QINFORGE).
