Plassenberg, J.

Jan Plassenberg completed his studies in Economics and History (B.A.), as well as Economics (M.Sc.) at the University of Osnabrück in 2022. His thematic focus was on environmental & behavioral economics, monetary economics and data science.

During his studies, he already supported GWS as a student assistant since 2019. Thereby, he applied his expertise in research activities and databases.

Since April 2022, Mr. Plassenberg has been working at the GWS in the department "Wirtschaft und Soziales". His areas of responsibility in the field of industry analysis are catering, accommodation, tourism and other personal services. Mr. Plassenberg also deals with developments in consumption, income and households from a macroeconomic perspective.
