The energy and water industry are adjusting their human resources development

Securing professionals and competences for the future! This was the slogan for the fifth colloquium organized by the vocational training committee of the associations of the energy and water industries, which took place from 4^th to 5^th November 2015 at the premises of the municipal utilities Düsseldorf. The results of the study on human resources development compiled in cooperation with the GWS were presented in this context and can be downloaded here (in German language).
