Just Transition at the ILO

The International Labor Organization supports a network of institutions assessing green jobs (GAIN), which is currently chaired by GWS. The annual conference took place December 6 and 7 in Geneva. It was back to back with the Global Forum on just transition, where ILO and UNFCCC teamed up to boost action on just transition and decent work in the context of climate change. The agreement between the two organizations could contribute to the implementation of the Paris Agreement.
Ulrike Lehr held presentations at both events, regarding German Climate policies and green jobs in the MENA region.
