Anett Großmann and Frank Hohmann have attended the 8th International Congress on Environmental Modelling and Software (iEMSs 2016) in Toulouse and have presented the model and paper "E3.pt - An E3 PortableDyme model for Portugal". The model building framework "PortableDyme" is a powerful software package that allows for building sophisticated economic models that can be enhanced by energy and environmental modules. E3.pt is an example of an economy-energy-environment model for Portugal. It can be applied for calculating different scenarios in the field of e.g. energy policies and assessing their impacts on the 3E's.
Anett Großmann was awarded the "Best Student Paper and Presentation" price.
