Mark Meyer is partner of GWS and graduated from Bielefeld University with a master degree in economics. With key competences in empirical economics, econometrics and statistics, he joined GWS in 2008.
Maintaining the global multi country simulation model GINFORS, Mark has worked extensively for German and EU policy makers, to help design and implement effective resource efficiency policies and support the transition to a green economy (prominent project references: MaRess, MACMOD, POLFREE, PolRess). Apart from this, his consultancy experience with economic-environmental model applications does also point to the nexus between resource policy and climate policy (CECILIA2050).
Mark’s research activities are continuously published by international peer reviewed journals (e.g. Organization Science, Empirical Economics and Studies in Nonlinear Dynamics [&] Econometrics).
